As part of Vitamilk Ghana’s commitment to cheer up its lovers through series of events in 2023, Vitamilk Ghana had the maiden edition of the of the Vitamilk Soccer Tournament which was designed to bring the youth together to mingle, have a good time and engage in sporting activities as well as interact and network during the event.

The first edition of the Vitamilk Soccer Tournament took place at the Presec Legon Astro Turf on Sunday 5th March, 2023 at 12:00pm. It was hosted by Vitamilk Strawberry brand ambassador Anita Akua Akuffo who also facilitated some proceedings of the event. The tournament had five football teams to compete with each for the utmost prize. The football

teams were Dancegodlloyd FC, Twitter FC, DWP Academy FC, Bae FC and Menscook FC. After the first group stages of the tournament, DWP Academy FC, Twitter FC and Menscook FC were eliminated from the tournament whereas Bae FC and Dancegodlloyd FC met each other at the finals of the tournament. Bae FC came out as winners of the Vitamilk Soccer Tournament whiles Dancegodlloyd FC came out as first runner-up of the tournament.

The winner of the Vitamilk Soccer Tournament, Bae FC was presented with a Cash Prize, Ten Boxes of Vitamilk Strawberrv and a Vitamilk branded troophy. he second runner-up of the tournament. Dancegodlloyd FC was also presented with Cash Prize and five boxes of Vitamilk Strawberry.

It was a fun-filled activity which brought a number of youths together for a good course. As this is the maiden edition of the event, we hope to turn it into a yearly event and expand it in all areas including the number of teams participating, massive publicity, location of the event, prizes to be won, etc. since lots of Ghanaians enjoy football activities.

Though February is short, it is filled with lots of love and sweet surprises.

As a season of love, the celebration of the biggest love concert by Vitamilk Ghana dubbed Vitamilk Love Night with the Aso Hitmaker Kwabena Kwabena took place at the National Theatre on Saturday

11th February 2023. As the month of love, the intention of the event was to bring couples, partners, music lovers, work colleagues, siblings and Vitamilk Lovers together to enjoy good music, socialize and have fun, have the chance to enjoy free Viatmilk products, exchange gifts and share love.

The event which started at 8:30pm and ended at around 1:00am saw thrilling performances by Samini, Pat Thomas, Efya, MzVee, Sefa, Akwaboah Jr, Quamina MP, Mr. Drew and the headline artist Kwabena Kwabena. Attendees of the event had lots of fun whereby they enjoyed a tree video photobooth session with a spinning 360 camera, took photographs with celebrities, enjoyed free Vitamilk products and were entertained with series of musical performances by the guest artists and the headline artist, Kwabena Kwabena.

During the season of love, people tend to go for events with their partners as a sign of concern for each other and shared fun time. Hence, the event saw over one thousand attendees at the National Theatre. Most attendees who were couples/partners shared their experience of how the event was amazing, had a beautiful valentine setup and enjoyed an incredible performance from the Legend, Kwabena Kwabena. First time attendees who enjoyed the event also urged Vitamilk Ghana to continue organizing the Vitamilk Love Night every year.

Vitamilk Double Choco Shake Brand Ambassador who was also the headline artist of the Vitamilk Love Night gave the guests more than an hour thrilling performance. Fans were so much excited and you could see it was worth their time and money spent at the National Theatre, thus it was never a dull moment

February is here, which means love is in the air. We love the notion of love, love is what fuels almost everything and our ultimate purpose in life is to love others. Every year in February, people honour their love for each other by spending time together, sending gifts and sharing Valentine’s message of love. The custom of showing love and warmth goes far beyond the courtly love of Chaucer’s time.

As a season of love, the contest labelled ‘Vitamilk Lovers Rock’ (Two is better than one); was opened to all Vitamilk lovers by which couples, partners, siblings, work colleagues or lovers were to take a picture of themselves enjoying any of the Vitamilk variants and post it on Facebook or Instagram. Participants of this sensational contest stood the chance of winning cash prizes, jumbo hampers and boxes of Vitamilk which were to be delivered to their homes.

We live in an environment where people love to exhibit their partners on social media, thus this contest brought in 40 challengers. Most of the entries met the criteria of the contest whereby photos of participants were in a form of a storytelling and of unique lighting and colour. Based on content, visual creativity and skills, the best two photos were selected as winners. Emmanuel Nyarko and Ivie Amponsah came out as first placed winners of the Vitamilk Lovers Rock contest, securing a cash prize of GhC1,000, a jumbo hamper and five boxes of Vitamilk. Coming next was Prince Essandoh and Dorcas Essuon who were the second-placed winners of the contest, securing a cash price of GhC500, a jumbo hamper and three boxes of Vitamilk.

Per the terms and assurances of the contest, the Vitamilk Ghana team, visited the two winners at their respective place of residence in Accra to present their prizes to them. The first place of visit was Bubuashie-Accra where the second-placed winners, Prince Essandoh and Dorcas Essuon reside. The pair expressed their satisfaction about coming up second in such a fascinating contest in the view that, there were equally great photos on board the contest. The Vitamilk Ghana team’s next point of visit was to the first-placed duo’s residence, Emmanuel Nyarko and Ivie Amponsah in Dansonman-Accra. The duo couldn’t hide their bliss; thusly they expressed their gratitude to Vitamilk Ghana for executing their assurances.

One of Vitamilk’s goals is to put smiles on the faces of its customers.  This undeniably is one of the avenues to achieve this goal.  Vitamilk Ghana looks forward in having a bigger and more exciting ‘Lovers Rock’ in the coming years.

School bells were ringing and clear, stay-at-home was over, School is here! In the wake of a long break from school due to the COVID-19 widespread, Vitamilk Ghana embraced students with a much exciting contest dubbed the Vitamilk Champ Back to School contest.

This was not the first time Vitamilk Ghana had organized a contest for students, nevertheless this particular contest was developed for the basis of giving assistance to smart and needful students since there was a bit of an economic fallout from COVID-19 that hit lower income Ghanaians and the education sector.

Vitamilk Champ lovers all over Ghana from the ages of 5 to 14 were given the opportunity of having their first term schools fees paid in full in the Vitamilk Champ Back to School contest. Per the instructions of the contest, participants were to give a convincing review and recommendations of the Vitamilk Champ product.

Vitamilk Champ Back to School contest being an informational and enlightening contest brought on board sixty-one participants, whereby participants expressed their weighty reviews and recommendations of the Vitamilk Champ product. A few of the participants were very articulate and persuasive with their presentations, thus after carefully analyzing these videos; the best were picked based on their persuasive skills, eloquence and educational background.

An award ceremony was held in Accra-North Industrial Area on Sunday 31^st January 2021 to award twenty-three participants out of the sixty-one participants of the contest. These included the three winners; Desiree Owusu of Martyrs of Uganda School, Victor Success Jr. of High Grade Montessori School and Chloe Wirenkyi of Topclass Education Center. The three winners were presented with Vitamilk products and cash prizes to pay their first term school fees in full and the other twenty participants were given boxes of Vitamilk Champ and souvenirs.

Looking at the number of participants of our first contest in 2021, this was a delightful way to start the year 2021 after a long break from school due to the widespread of COVID-19. The outcome of the contest in general was a favorable one as Vitamilk Ghana accomplished their desired result.

The 2021 Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Essay Competition has ended in Accra on Monday.
The competition attracted brilliant write-ups on the topic: Glaucoma; The Silent Blinding Disease, from school children between the ages of 10years and 16years across the country.
Out of the many who entered the competition, thirteen (13) children were shortlisted to defend their write-ups at the finale. This was at a ceremony held at the Just Like Mama Day Care in Accra on Monday morning.

Mary-Margaret Sarkodie, a 16-Year-Old student of the Achimota Senior High School won the ultimate prize. She received 5000gh cash prize in addition to 15,000gh shopping voucher from Casa Trasacco, 10 boxes of Viltamilk and Midea Air-Condition.

Joycelyn Agyin, a 13-Year-Old student of the Silicon Valley School was adjudged the 1st runner up. She went home with a 3000gh cash prize, a 10,000 Ghana cedis shopping Voucher from Casa Trasacco, 5 boxes of Vitamilk and Midea Air-Condition.

The second runner up position went to 14-Year-Old Vanessa Afreh of SOS Hermann Gmeiner, Tema Community 6. She also received a 2000gh cash prize, a 5000 Ghana cedis shopping voucher from Casa Trasacco, 5 boxes of Vitamilk and NASCO Microwave.

The remaining children also received tokens for their efforts. The essay competition was part of measures by the Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation to further sensitize the public about the dangers of Glaucoma.

Vitamilk Ghana shine the spotlight on the critical role fathers play by organizing a Treat for fathers across the country on yesterday, Sunday March 20, 2021 at Peduase Valley Resort in the Eastern region. Fatherhood is an integral  part of the family system due to the immense role fathers play in raising children and building society. For far too long not enough recognition have been given to these roles compared to that of mothers.

The event which started at 1pm and ended at about 6pm saw fathers and their relatives, guest speaker and Chief Executive Officer of Roverman Film Production, Uncle Ebo Whyte and other invited dignitaries all in attendance. There were lots of drinks and food to eat with the winner of the 2020 MTN Hitmaker, Adepa Zela thrilled attendees with a musical performance.

Uncle Ebo Whyte was the guest speaker at the event applauded fathers for their role in shaping the upbringing of their children and urged them to do more.

The Chief Executive Officer of Roverman Production presented fathers at the event with an autograph of his authored books.Vitamilk Ghana presented a citation to Uncle Ebo Whyte and media practitioner, Sammy Baah Flex for their sterling leadership in the Creative and Art industry in the country.

Samuel Denkyie Boateng, Marketing Manager of Vitamilk Ghana said the time has come for fathers to be recognized for their role in society and accord them with desired respect in order for the young ones to draw inspiration from after the event.

Desiree Owusu, a ten year old student emerged as the winner and took home a whooping amount of GHC900. She was followed by the second runner up Victor Success Junior, a nine year old boy and student of High Grade Montessori School who in addition took home an amount of GHC650. Last but not least was third runner up Chloe Wirenkyi, a student of Top Class Education Centre and a recipient of a cool GHC610.
