Vitamilk Ghana has emerged winner of the Cocoa/Chocolate/Diary Product of the Year award, at the Ghana Beverage Awards (GBA), 2020.
This year’s edition was held on 13th June as a virtual event streaming live on eTV Ghana, Facebook and on the GBA Website in adherence to the COVID19 safety measures.
Under the theme “Inspiring Excellence in Ghana’s Beverage Industry”, GBA aims at celebrating and inspiring Ghana’s beverage industry and its stakeholders.
The Beverage Industry is a fast-growing sector in the economy of Ghana. Over the years, it has been pivotal in providing refreshment and entertainment to the people of Ghana.
Vitamilk has always been a key brand, providing fresh wholesome soymilk with delicious taste. The brand continues to improve its health benefits since it was launched, by first introducing the Vitamilk Original Soymilk and later adding the Vitamilk Energy, Vitamilk Double Choco, Vitamilk Banana and Vitamilk Strawberry.
The inviting special Vitamilk strawberry variant launched recently is fortified with a pleasant taste, 23% fewer calories, 25% less fat than the diary milk, 35% lower sugar and 8grams of soy protein, which makes it unique in the market.
This award is a significant recognition of Vitamilk’s strong brand presence, quality and numerous healthy benefits.
GBA is organised by Global Media Alliance and supported by the Food Research Institute (FRI) under CSIR, Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), Consumer Protection Agency and the Food and Beverage Association of Ghana (FABAG).
